Yoga is a spiritual practice, even though the body is involved. True yoga is not about perfect poses, or flexibility; it is about connecting with our highest self and embracing lasting happiness.
When we lose alignment with our dharma, our soul’s purpose, life can feel heavy and mechanical, as if we are living on autopilot.
Through the wisdom of yoga philosophy and the guidance of the planets, we are reminded that we are not powerless—we are co-creators with the universe. By practicing AstroYoga, and being aware of planetary cycles, we return to balance.Â
Meet Arnelle - FounderÂ
When I was first introduced to yoga, I wasn't in it for flexibility.
Honestly, I was looking for something deeper, more personal, and I wasn't sure what. I heard yoga could help me connect to my spirituality, release stress and help me be a calmer person overall.
At that time, I was going through college and living by myself. I was quickly overwhelmed, had excessive road rage, and suffered greatly from anxiety. Even though I was a beginner yoga student, I quickly saw why yoga is essential to someone's life. I began to feel better after a few yoga classes, and honestly - I couldn't explain why.
Yoga helped me cultivate patience with myself and others, discipline to do the things I really wanted, and mindfulness to get through the everyday stressors that once controlled my life.
Before yoga, I always felt like I had to carry the weight of everything on my back. The weight I was carrying was invisible and exhausting, but I felt more empowered to be myself after yoga.
Truth is - everyone has their reasons for practicing yoga. If you've landed on this page and you've read my story, you can bet that there is something inside of you pulling you towards yoga, and I encourage you to try it and see where it takes you.
Today, I am a 500hr yoga teacher, Vedic Astrologer and Level 2 Reiki energy healer.Â


Meet Hannah - Yoga TeacherÂ
Hannah believes that yoga is a complement to everything in life; that it challenges the ego and allows a sense of ownership of the body. She wants her students to make yoga their own experience and invites them to explore their limitations with an open mind.
Originally from the UK and with a background in dance, she studied as an Ashtanga teacher in Ho Chi Min City. This initial training gives her classes a sense of discipline, which she balances greatly with an authentic and easygoing approach. She has a passion for mindful living, and now also teaches Aerial Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga Therapy. Hannah is an Aries sun, Leo moon and Aries rising!

Meet Dehvon - Yoga Teacher
Dehvon "Day" Davies is a certified trauma-informed Yin Yoga teacher, and Reiki Master trained in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoist Healing. She works as a Yin Yoga and meditation teacher in Dallas, TX, USA.
She specializes in assisting practitioners in increasing mobility and releasing stifling emotions stored in the body. Thus renewing a healthy energy flow, regaining peace, clarity, and personal empowerment. She is a Capricorn Sun and Moon with a Leo rising, devoted wife, and mother.

Meet Bindu - Content WriterÂ
Bindu is a 900-hour yoga teacher and a certified yoga counselor. She works as a writer and holistic therapist. It is through writing and yoga that she has found expression and connection.
After spending most of her 30s traveling around the world and living out of a suitcase, Bindu now lives in Mumbai, India. She is a Scorpio sun, Gemini moon, and Leo rising.
